One of the best investments a student can make for themselves in 2024 is to work on projects within their field to develop their skills. The most effective way to do this is through student communities. Although these communities often focus on a single area, a well-designed and well-managed community can provide development opportunities in many areas by creating departments within itself. Offering these opportunities not only to students who want to become developers but also to those aiming to progress in fields such as sales, marketing, project management, IT, and operations management is crucial for the sustainability of the community. Teknofest 2024: We Met Our Visitors in Adana!
Teknofest 2024: Adana took place at Adana Şakirpaşa Airport from October 2-6 and hosted 1,100,000 visitors. As Techcareer.net, we participated in this major event with our booth. Over five days, we had pleasant conversations with technology enthusiasts who visited our booth, exchanged ideas with university students about their communities, and caught their interest with the "Techcareer.net Game." Participants with the highest scores received gift cards. Throughout the event, we shared daily updates on our Instagram account, featuring our booth and visitors, to bring this excitement to our followers.
We Attended Work in Progress 2024 as the Main Sponsor!
On October 13, we participated in the Work in Progress event organized by Sabancı University IEEE as the main sponsor. At our booth, we engaged with students aspiring to careers in technology, and our Community Lead, Enes Evkuran, shared valuable insights during his session titled "Career in Technology." The presence of Istanbul Metropolitan Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu on the same stage added significance to the event.

In this month's Luxoft Parking Hackathon, participants are expected to develop creative algorithms based on autonomous driving technologies using C++ or Python. In this individual project, you will complete your algorithm within 8 hours and present it to the jury, showcasing your talents. The hackathon offers a 1-month hybrid/online internship opportunity at Luxoft, one of the world's leading technology firms. Additionally, you'll have the chance to receive mentorship from Luxoft's experienced teams to develop your projects and network with industry professionals.
FMSS Bilişim Android Development Bootcamp with Kotlin: Take Solid Steps in Software Development!
The Android Development Bootcamp with Kotlin, organized by FMSS Bilişim, awaits candidates looking to develop themselves in mobile software development. This hybrid model training will last 5 weeks, with 2 days of online and 1 day of face-to-face classes each week, providing a total of 40 hours of comprehensive training. Participants will not only master the Kotlin language but also gain the necessary technical skills in mobile application development.
