Turkish Airlines TravelX Ideathon: Shaping the Future of Travel

As part of TEKNOFEST, the TravelX Ideathon organized by Turkish Airlines focuses on developing innovative ideas in travel and cargo transportation processes. This event offers participants the opportunity to receive idea development training from Turkish Airlines, one of the biggest names in the industry, and leading mentors from the sector.

Participation Requirements for the Ideathon

The competition is open to all participants with at least a high school diploma. Teams can apply in groups of 2-4 members. Participants are expected to be curious about technology and innovation and possess problem-solving skills.

Competition Process and Evaluation Criteria

The idea development process of the TravelX Ideathon, known as the Bootcamp phase, will take place from August 23-25, 2024, and participants can submit their applications until August 11, 2024. The competition process consists of five stages: application, preliminary selection, bootcamp, final presentations, and award ceremony.

Applications will be evaluated based on criteria such as innovation level, feasibility, contribution to customer experience, and technical proficiency. The jury, composed of experts from Turkish Airlines and Techcareer.net, will carefully examine the impact of each project in the industry.

Awards and Prizes

Each member of the winning team will be awarded 90,000 Miles, each member of the second-place team will receive 60,000 Miles, and each member of the third-place team will be awarded 30,000 Miles.
