Qualifications and Job Description

General Qualifications

Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable training or completed studies in the IT environment

• At least 4 years of professional experience in the IT environment and at least 2 years of experience in first and second level support
• Experience in globally operating manufacturing companies
• Knowledge of support in the Microsoft client environment
• Administrative knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Entra-ID environment as well as remote support tools
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment
• Strong understanding of IT security mechanisms
• At least ITLv3 certified
• Very good written and spoken Turkish and English skills is a must
• Fast and high comprehension skills as well as independent working style in a flexible working environment and initiative
• Analytical and service-oriented mindset and sense of responsibility
• High customer focus also in communication with customers
• Mobility is required for traveling abroad,

Tasks 

• First- and Second-Level-Support for our location in Düzce onsite and remote
• Working close together with our service desk team in EMEA
• On and offboarding of users and devices
• IT-Support for our IT-Equipment on the location
• IT-Support for the plant in Düzce
• Working on the IT-Tickets for the location in Düzce
