We are seeking a passionate and skilled Data Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for running analyses, visualizing data, and supporting key business operations with actionable insights. You will collaborate with various departments including sales, marketing, and software, making a meaningful impact on decision-making processes and the overall success of the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with other Office programs and CRM systems
• Ability to interpret and establish meaningful relationships between data sets and tables
• Experience with dashboard and reporting tools like Tableau, Looker
• Advanced SQL skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English 
• Preferably with healthcare industry experience
• For male candidates, military service must be completed

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large data sets and generate actionable insights
• Develop, maintain, and manage databases within your area of responsibility
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics, ensuring the accuracy of data
• Create and keep live dashboards using SQL queries for quick decision-making
• Produce executive summaries and presentations for management
• Collaborate with other departments to carry out data controls and monitor operational metrics
• Convert data into visual formats such as graphs and reports to support analysis
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to help interpret key performance metrics
