Job Description
Kopaş Cosmetics has been founded in 1974 with several categories as cosmetic and beauty products, personal care, baby nutrition and baby care products. Kopaş has produced more than 1300 kinds of products as environmentally sensitive in Turkey, the world's many points are met with consumers. Our products are produced in accordance with international standards and ethical values, with comprehensive tests and analyzes in R&D and production stages therefore consumers trust our brands. Quality, which is our focus, is at the top level in the work we do, the product we produce and the service we offer. Our brands;
- Dalin; which offers the high-quality products to consumers especially babies for their hair and skin care,
- Sesu; offers solutions to consumers for their personal care,
- XO; which offers to consumers a mass perfume with a variety of men's and women's scents in the personal care
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher in related majors
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in FMCG digital marketing, preferably in cosmetics or baby care,
- Advanced level of English,
- Google, SEO, Youtube campaign management and certifications is a plus,
- Managing multiple priorities and strong project management skills,
- Strong communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented and time management skills,
- Ability to work in a team, strong leadership and motivation,
Responsibilities:
- Work with external agencies and marketing team to develop impactful brand campaigns, manage the digital strategy,
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, manage marketing expense, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal and external teams,
- Measure and evaluate performance reports of all digital marketing campaigns,
- Launch, manage and optimize Social Media Campaigns, Google Adwords and other digital channels,
- Responsible for digital media buying,
- Control brand budgets to ensure compliance to company objectives and optimize spends for effective utilization of the investments.
