Job Description
İstanbul / Kağıthane Vadipark'ta bulunan Uluslararası Emlak Şirketimizin Genel Müdürlüğünde değerlendirmek üzere;
Genel Nitelikler
- Dijital pazarlama konusunda en az 2 yıl deneyim
- İyi derecede dijital pazarlama araçları ve platformları bilgisi
- İletişim becerileri yüksek, ekip çalışmasına yatkın
- Analitik düşünme ve problem çözme becerilerine sahip
- Yenilikçi ve yaratıcı düşünebilen
- Dijital pazarlama trendlerini takip eden ve güncel kalan
İş Tanımı
- 1. *Strateji Geliştirme:* Şirketin genel pazarlama hedeflerine uygun dijital pazarlama stratejileri oluşturulması
- 2. *Kampanya Yönetimi:* Dijital reklam kampanyalarının (örneğin, Google Ads, sosyal medya reklamları) planlanması ve yönetilmesi
- 3. *İçerik Pazarlaması:* Blog yazıları, videolar, sosyal medya gönderileri gibi içeriklerin oluşturulmasının ve dağıtılmasını koordine edilmesi
- 4. *SEO ve SEM:* Arama motoru optimizasyonu (SEO) ve arama motoru pazarlaması (SEM) stratejilerini uygulanması
- 5. *Analiz ve Raporlama:* Web analitik araçlarını kullanarak (örneğin, Google Analytics) kampanyaların performansını izler, analiz eder ve raporlar hazırlar.
- 6. *Sosyal Medya Yönetimi:* Sosyal medya hesaplarının yönetimi ve büyütülmesi için stratejiler geliştirilmesi
- 7. *E-posta Pazarlama:* E-posta pazarlama kampanyaları tasarlar ve yürütülmesi
- 8. *Dijital Trendleri Takip Etme:* Dijital pazarlama trendlerini ve en iyi uygulamaları takip eder ve bunları şirkete uyarlamaya çalışılması
- 9. *Bütçe Yönetimi:* Dijital pazarlama faaliyetleri için bütçe planlaması yapılması ve bu bütçeyi etkin bir şekilde kullanılması
