QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Softrobotics A.Ş. is a global company, thriving to expand its business in Europe, East Asia and Turkey. Our main focus is providing high quality Financial Technology solutions with expert software.
The position is for a Business Analyst who can join us in our Istanbul Ataşehir Office.
Qualifications:
- BSc degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related fields,
- At least 2 years of system/business analysis experience,
- Experience in Agile methodology and SCRUM framework.
- Knowledge of business analysis process, methodologies and test methodologies,
- Experience in business process, UI/UX design, screen validation and mockup preparation,
- Highly effective time management and multitasking skills,
- Management Tools as Jira, Postman, Miro, Visio
- Good communicator, team player,
- Experience with high volume platforms and integrations,
- Knowledge in SQL is a plus,
- Fluent in English, both written & spoken.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the client needs, detailing requirements as features and user stories,
- A good communication skills with Business stakeholders, design and development teams,
- Being able to understand the technical aspects of the needs, support technical requirements as well, working closely with development teams,
- Create and manage documentation including business requirements, functional design documents, acceptance criteria, creating wireframes, data flow, diagrams (DFD) and sequence diagram,
- Understand the gaps in the requirements and the type of solution needed,
- Support Q&A team while deriving and running test scenarios.
