IT Senior Specialist

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a IT Senior Specialist  to join our team at our factory, which operates in Gaziemir Free Zone and specializes in the production of industrial shelving systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Installing, managing, and maintaining physical and virtual servers (Windows Server 2008, 2012R2, 2016, 2019).
• Ensuring the seamless operation of the network infrastructure by having knowledge and experience in IP, DNS, cabling, and switch management (VLAN).
• Diagnosing faults in computers, notebooks, phones, tablets, and other electronic devices, and managing maintenance and repair processes.
• Installing and managing IP telephone exchanges, security cameras, and alarm systems.
• Providing operating system and software support to end users and assisting them with technical issues.
• Preparing regular reports on completed work, identified technical problems, and resolution processes, and submitting them to relevant departments.
• Managing data storage units and developing backup strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of IT equipment, applications, and software, while managing performance monitoring and optimization processes.
• Managing network security processes, including the installation, maintenance, and security checks of firewalls, routers, networks, VPNs, and IPSEC systems.
• Overseeing backup and data recovery processes, with a strong understanding of Veeam backup solutions.
• Conducting work in compliance with data security processes within the scope of KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law).
• Playing an active role in the creation, management, and optimization of SQL Server databases.
• Having experience in ERP systems and database applications.
• Preferably having knowledge of QR code and handheld terminal installation processes.
• Managing Office 365 administration and licensing processes effectively.

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in network and system management.
• Solution-oriented, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work in accordance with information security principles.
• For male candidates, completion of military service is required.
