QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

·       University degree in the field of information technologies/computer science

·       Advanced level of English communication skills, both written and verbal

·       Several years of experience in end user support

·       Experience to handle IT infrastructure related incidents, changes, requests

·       Experience in a global oriented work environment

·       Hardware knowledge on laptops, workstations, servers, network components and printers

·       Basic network infrastructure knowledge

·       Have good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications

·       Ability to provide IT trainings

·       Experience in office move projects

·       Structured way of working in self-organized manner and analytical skills

·       Initiative taker and high sense of responsibility to do things better

·       Problem solving and good follow-up skills

·       ITIL certification is a plus

Job Description

·       Provide software and hardware support to end users

·       Support all break/fix incidents related to local IT Infrastructure services

·       Run routine health checks on IT infrastructure systems

·       Manage/maintain printer infrastructure

·       Asset management, both software and hardware

·       Contribute to standardization efforts and create documentation of IT processes

·       Represent local IT in assigned local/global projects with cross group teams

·       Support IT procurement activities and investigate new technologies

·       Create and deliver IT trainings to end users

·       Build strong relationship with business to understand needs and drive productivity initiatives

·       Ensure compliancy of all IT services and operations based on company policies and audit guidelines
