- Minimum graduated from Vocational High School Computer Technologies and similar departments,
- Class B driver's license,
- Those who have a career goal in the field of Information Technologies and want to improve themselves,
- Has done an internship in the field of Information Technologies,
- Preferably with experience in Microsoft 365 client support,
- Preferably with experience in JIRA, SOTI, MYQ, BEAM applications,
- Problem solving skills, analytical thinking, fast solution producing skills,
- Will be able to fulfill written Information Technology Procedures,
- Will be able to provide on-site and remote support for our remote locations when necessary,
- No travel restrictions,
- Reporting skills, suitable for teamwork, analytical mindset, responsible, proactive and result-oriented,
- Will be able to adapt to the flexible working hours required by the intense work tempo,
- Completed military service for male candidates,
- Advanced level of English.
Job Description
- Within the scope of Information Technologies, monitoring the requests, malfunctions and repairs related to hardware and software and all technical support services, and contacting the service providers when necessary,
- Tracking and reporting of system, hardware and license inventory of IT inventory with BEAM Inventory Management application,
- Installing, expanding and managing all computer hardware, software and peripherals in accordance with company procedures and standards and ensuring their operability (Notebook, desktop, printer, barcode printer, hand terminal, tablet, telephone, 4.5G Modem etc.)
- Supporting the solution of network infrastructure problems when needed, making cable terminations when necessary, ensuring its operability,
- Information Security intervenes with Update and Antivirus application by taking into account the mail alerts,
- Ensuring the control and security of IT systems and performing their updates,
- Managing Information Security processes and improving and monitoring the management of IT portals and systems.
