IT System Admin

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of PowerShell and Office 365,
• Knowledge of the administration of complex networks,
• Service orientation and a high degree of personal initiative,
• Very good command of English,
• ISO 27001 Knowledge is preferable,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Residence in Çorlu, Çerkezköy or Kapaklı.

Tasks:
Operational Duties;

• Planning and installing IT end devices, systems, and their software (workstation, telephone system, networks and their components),
• Receipt of error messages and support requests from the departments and carrying them out and maintaining an error database with solution experiences,
• Development of suggestions for solving frequently occurring faults that are caused by incorrect user behavior,
• Trouble-shooting of the software in the data center,
• Evaluation of application logs for all programs installed on the servers of the data center,
• Support and advice for employees in the use of user programs (e.g. Office package),
• Setting up, administering and deleting users,
• Set up user authorization and group formation according to work instructions,
• Execution and monitoring of the data backup of all resources of the data center, according to the work instructions and control of the backup success,
• Installation, administration and maintenance of the computers.

Responsibilities;

• Responsible for the IT systems and IT Service delivery on site,
• Local representative for the global IT organization,
• Local IT Security,
• Execution of comprehensive administrative tasks within the specialist area in accordance with procedural and work instructions,
• Ensuring the availability of the IT infrastructure to be managed by following the specified work and process instructions,
