IT Technician / IT Support (Istanbul - Sariyer)

We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies.
 

You are directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users:

• Setting up PC workplaces
• Installations, migrations and rollouts
• User administration via Active Directory
• User support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues
• deal with stock / asset management
• provide support on meeting room / conferencing room
• provide smart hand support for Server and network devices
   

Location: Istanbul (Sariyer  / Maslak - European side)
 

Your skills and competences

• 2-years of professional experience in End User Support within enterprise environment
• experience in End User Support
• good English language
• good understanding of Desktop/Laptop/Printer
• familiarity with ticketing system
• familiarity with Windows operating systems 
• customer/people service skills
