We are looking for a passionate Lead - Identity&Access Management who will join our team in Information Technology Directorate.
- Aspiring to lead IAM initiatives by driving strategic process improvements, enhancing security frameworks, and fostering a culture of innovation across the organization.
- Mastering IAM concepts and technologies, with deep expertise in identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), privileged access management (PAM), and zero trust architectures.
- Implementing best-in-class IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD, ForgeRock, and CyberArk, and staying current with industry trends, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Demonstrating leadership in IAM system analysis, design, and deployment by effectively integrating security solutions with business processes, ensuring scalability and reliability across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify risks, design secure access protocols, and ensure smooth IAM operations, upgrades, and migrations for both legacy and modern infrastructure.
- Fostering innovation and automation by introducing new technologies and methodologies that streamline identity governance, improve security postures, and reduce operational burdens.
- Providing expert guidance on IAM policies and security protocols, driving compliance with global regulatory requirements and corporate governance policies.
- Communicating complex technical solutions clearly, bridging the gap between technical teams, executive stakeholders, and business units to align on IAM strategies and ensure security awareness across all levels of the organization.
- Leading incident response efforts related to identity breaches, swiftly mitigating risks, and ensuring secure, efficient recovery processes.
- Driving IAM training and mentorship, fostering a team culture of continuous learning and development, while maintaining a strong focus on evolving security trends and threat landscapes.
The position is located in İstanbul, Turkey.
How do we describe the perfect match?
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering,
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IAM projects.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and programming basics.
- Ability to learn, understand, maintain, and support current software,
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Mastery of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM), and zero trust architectures.
- Hands-on experience with leading IAM tools (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD, ForgeRock, CyberArk) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- A track record of successfully analyzing, designing, developing, deploying, and managing IAM systems and processes at scale.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders from IT, security, operations, and business units to ensure alignment on IAM strategies.
- Experience in managing IAM initiatives from concept to deployment, ensuring solutions are robust, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- A passion for staying ahead of IAM trends, cybersecurity threats, and regulatory changes.
- Mentorship skills to guide and grow a team of IAM professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Experience with Agile development environments,

- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
