JOB DESCRIPTION

Design high-quality, performance-focused game levels using Unreal Engine,
Develop and implement realistic and immersive environment designs,
Optimize performance using Nanite, LOD, and Lumen technologies,
Apply advanced optimization techniques to enhance game performance,
Create innovative designs specifically for VR and TPS games,
Write and optimize materials and shaders,
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure an integrated and consistent game experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years of experience with Unreal Engine,
Ability to create both realistic and stylized environment designs,
Expertise in optimization techniques, especially draw call, polycount, and texture streaming optimizations,
Proficiency in Nanite, LOD, and Lumen technologies,
Strong understanding of game physics and Dynamics,
Ability to create optimized collision and nav mesh,
Capability to produce specialized content for VR games,
Knowledge of material and shader writing,
Proficiency in using software like Blender, Maya, 3DsMax when needed, with skills in mesh and rig optimization and creation,
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
Preferably good command of English,
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
