We are currently seeking a NOC Engineer to join our innovative team. Below are the details of the position and the qualifications we’re looking for:


 

Job Description:

• System monitoring and reporting, ticket flow handling, reporting and pro-actively troubleshooting the issues related with the VOIP and SMS traffic,

• Controlling quality of services by regular tests,

• Providing technical solutions and getting in touch with the customers in case of issues,

• Supporting the customers in orders to ensure accuracy of VOIP system configurations,

• Enhancing corporate response goals to customer troubles,

• Monitoring, reporting and analyzing real-time, in-depth, network performance statistics,

• Receiving all complaints from customers, evaluating and documenting all the issues within a ticketing system,

• Establishing and maintaining co-operative working relationships with co-workers, engineers and sales team,

• Implementing technical operations on SMS and Voice switches,

• Managing interconnection procedures with telecom partners and operators.


 

Qualifications:

• University degree from Electronic Communications, Telecommunications or related Engineering department,

• Good command of written and spoken English,

• Ability to work in regular shifts,

• Open for learning new technologies and acquiring new skills,

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,

• Detail oriented, analytic, problem solver and team player,

• VOIP Knowledge is a plus,

• Knowledge or eagerness to learn VoIP (SIP protocol) and SMS (SMPP protocol) technologies is highly desirable.
