Qualifications and Job Descriptions

Key areas of responsibilities and accountability;

Creates and manages a multifunctional project team whereby every member knows his/her responsibilities, executes his/her role, feels empowered and supported, knows the role of the other team members and acts accordingly

• Accountable for ensuring that the agreed project targets are delivered on time and in full
• It is his/her commitment to stay within the agreed project budget boundaries and targets for a maximum ROS/ROI/Hurdle rate
• Through the PCP milestone management system he/she will constantly monitor and report the progress of the project to management and all stakeholders.

Prepare product release packages:

• Create or update the product information in the company PLM (including e-BOM)
• Prepare or update 2D, 3D and part information for milestones and gate reviews

Support prototype build:

• Assist in the search for and the technical discussions with component suppliers
• Solve feasibility problems
• Assist in design of jigs and small tools
• Planning of prototyping
• Gathering the lessons learned out of the prototyping phase and integrating this in the main stream product design

Coordinate CAD work with the offshore design team :

Skills:

• Master or bachelor degree in Technical or Industrial Engineering
• Knowledge of CAD software: Catia v.5
• Fluent in English
• Willing to travel
• At least 5 years of experience in a Project Management role in the Automotive Industry.
