NTT DATA Business Solutions is currently seeking ambitious and motivated Senior IT Business Analysts to join our fast growing and exciting Consulting team in Turkey.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or related fields

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Business Analysis (banking sector experience is a huge plus)

Ability to work both independently and within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills.

Strong ability to work with both business, technology and operation stakeholders,

Knowledgeable about Agile Methodology,

Good problem-solving skills,

Eager to learn new technologies & digital tools,

Experience on Jira and Confluence is a plus,

Strong team player and team leadership skills,

Open to hybrid work model two days in the office located in Gebze/Kocaeli.

Role Definition:

Meet with clients to determine business and functional and technical requirements.

Participate in and/or lead efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation.

Help to identify, communicate and resolve issues with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Have the opportunity to work in the top tier global banking transformation projects.

You will be expected to complete your assignments within the agreed deadlines and pro-actively monitor the progress of your assigned tasks.
