Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Transformation Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving organizational change, optimizing business processes, and ensuring that transformation initiatives align with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for business transformation.

•Analyze current business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.

•Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.

•Facilitate workshops, meetings and on-site visits to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.

•Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

•Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.

•Conduct impact assessments to understand the potential effects of proposed changes on various business units.

•Support the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.

•Provide training and support to employees to help them adapt to new ways of working.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree inIndustrial / Computer Enginering, Information Systems, or a related field.

•5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or business transformation roles.

•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

•Proficiency in business process modeling and reengineering techniques.

•Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

•Knowledge of change management principles and practices.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

•Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
