Senior Software Developer (C++)

About this opportunity

We are now looking for an Experienced C++ Software Developer to develop and maintain Ericsson’s groundbreaking Radio Access Network (RAN) products and solutions.
Your role will include requirement analysis, solution design, software implementation, software verification/test, support, and product documentation activities. Our development language is C++. Therefore, having C++ experience is an absolute requirement. Having experience in other object-oriented SW languages (Java, etc.) can be an extra advantage.
We are working in aligned with Agile WOWs and organize in multi-functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work. Having experience in similar environment is a definite advantage. 

What you will do 

• Drive strategic technical leadership.
• Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.
• Design, develop, test and maintain high quality software products.
• Perform trouble shooting and customer support.
• Drive continuous improvements of products and processes.
• Develop competence in the relevant technical domain.

You will bring

• Education: Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent.
• Competence:
• C++ experience and strong OOP background are must have for the position.
• Unit test experience (Google Test/Mock, etc.) is required.
• Experience in Agile WoWs is preferable.
• Experience in Python, Linux, Git/Gerrit, Jenkins would be an absolute advantage for this role.
• Domain experience: Mobile communications & radio systems preferable, but not an absolute requirement.
• Enterprise scale SW development and product lifecycle management experience.
• Experience of remotely working with geographically distributed multinational teams is an advantage.
• An open approach for innovation, adapting and responding to change.
• Delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
• Focus on growth and continuous self-learning approach.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
• Years of experience: 8-12years.
