Service Data and Project Integration Specialist (Project Based)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a Service Data and Project Integration Specialist who will work with fix term employment contract of 24 months for our SAP transition process based in our İstanbul Altunizade office, with remote work flexibility.
The ideal candidate possesses:

• Support integration project Blue Ocean Template/SAP, through various phases from gathering business requirements, fit gap to cutover, go-live and post-implementation support
• Understand and support data transformation & Service Contract management from legacy to Blue Ocean Template/SAP,
• Support enhancements and incidents for business critical and high priority integrations involving ERP and other applications
• Communicating progress to the unit management
• Guide key users, data cleansers and management through the implementation and transformation process – in reference to data,
• Analysis of current service business data,
• Service Database management and quality assurance,
• Service Data visualization and dashboard creation,
• Service Data monitoring,

What You Need to Succeed

• 1-2 years of professional experience in similar position,
• Knowledge of SAP,
• Language skills: Proficient English (written and oral)
• Technical affinity (very good excel and data analytic tools knowledge),
• Project management and communication skills.
• Self-driven, motivated individual who can efficiently influence delivery in matrix organization
• Strong communication and presentation skills; required in functional teams and with business partners
• International project experience would be an asset
