Qualifications and Job Description

Enriko Aliberti Buro Araclari A.S. was established in Izmir in 1992 in order to help its customers transform their corporate workflows and production processes in parallel with the developing technology and to help reduce operating and management costs with high quality brands such as Konica Minolta and Mimaki that it represents.

We are looking for an System Analysis and Technical Training Managerwith the following qualifications and skills.

Role Skills

• University degree, in Electrical/Electronics Engineer or related departments from universities.
• Preferable Min. 2 years, technical expertise, mechanical-electrical components and IT technology,
• Familiar with application of technical documentation,standarts, principles,concepts
• Knowledge of general service process,
• Advanced level of computer and MS Office applications.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, and very strong customer manangements.
• Ambitious to analyze complex problems and generate the most accurate processes.
• Having B driving license and active car driver, no obstacles for traveling
• No military obligation,(for male candidates)
• Fluent in English to read, understand and apply technical documents

Responsibilities

• Follow up the technical update from brands(Konica Minolta, Mimaki etc.) and informing technical departments and dealers.
• Managing techinical service training for techinical departments.
• Working closely with the technical teams,detecting the problems and improving the service processes.
• Planning and searching the cost reduction possibilities for technical processes,
• To identifiy and implement improvements that enhance the customer’s satisfaction with brand and company.
