Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in React and Node. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain React applications
Develop, maintain, and enhance Node.js backends
Manage and maintain DevOps infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment processes
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met Participate in code reviews, provide guidance and feedback to team members
Stay up-to-date with new technologies, tools, and trends and incorporate them into the development process as appropriate
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, code documentation, and system documentation
Ensure Agile methodologies are followed and encourage a culture of continuous improvement Solve technical issues as they arise

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in React and Node.js
Familiarity with DevOps practices
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address technical issues Experience with Agile development methodologies

Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and code review
At least 5 years of experience in software development and 3 years in a senior position

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
