Which competences do we expect?

• Bachelor Degree in relevant disciplines
• Minimum 7 years of working experience, System and Network administration experience is a plus
• Experiences on installing, configuring and managing; Windows Server environment, Network equipment, Virtualization/Back-up/Firewall/Endpoint Control systems
• Experiences on designing system, security and network infrastructures
• Knowledge on; IS tools such as NDR/XDR/DLP/NAC, MDM solutions, Monitoring tools, Cloud systems, VPN solutions and Collabration systems
• Knowledge on; ISO/IEC 27001/2013 ISMS Standard, Cyber Security Best Practices, ITIL Best Practices
• Knowledge on; Budget management and Project management
• Advanced problem solving, analytical thinking and conceptual thinking skills
• Effectice interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Acts as a team member, gives attention to details
• Fluent in English - both verbal and written
• CCNA, Comptia Network+, Comptia Security+ certifications are plus
• ITIL v4, COBIT 5, Prince2 certifications are plus
• Managing ISO/IEC 27001/2013 Audit is a plus
• Male candidates must have completed military service

What will be your responsibilities and duties?

• Manages server installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting processes,
• Manages network infrastructure,
• Manages back-up processes,
• Manages Information Security operations, applications and audits,
• Manages end user support processes,
• Ensures that the performance of technical services received from external companies is monitored,
• Manages the processes of analysing the infrastructure needs of the organization (network, hardware, systems, security etc.) and finding solutions that comply with the standards,
• Plans, makes technical arrangements and monitors the work required for the continuity and performance of the system,
• Prepares, manages policies, procedures and all relevant documentation processes,
• Provides organization and management of necessary trainings,
• Manages the inventory of hardware, software and equipment,
• Plans, manages the budget of Technology unit,
• Follows new technology advancements and tries to implement them where possible.
