Take-Off Cadet (Yetiştirilmek üzere II. Pilot Aday Adayı) Nedir?
Yeni mezun arkadaşlara, kariyerlerine Türk Hava Yolları’nda ve zirvede güçlü bir başlangıç yapma imkânı sunarak, tüm dünyada hızla gelişen ve yetişmiş pilot ihtiyacı artan hava yolu taşımacılığında geleceğin başarılı pilotlarını yetiştiren bir programdır.
Take-Off Cadet Programı ile değerlendirme süreçlerine katılan ve süreçleri başarıyla tamamlayan arkadaşlarımız, II. Pilot aday adayı yetiştirme programına dahil oluyor ve 15-18 ay süren teorik ve uygulamalı derslerden oluşan bir eğitimin ardından II. Pilot adayı olarak Türk Hava Yolları bünyesinde yer alan veya Türk Hava Yolları'nın iş ortağı konumunda olan yurt içi ve yurt dışındaki uçuş eğitim akademilerinde 3-6 ay süren tip eğitimine dahil oluyor.
Genel Koşullar
- T.C. vatandaşı olmak veya mavi kart sahibi olmak,
- En az lisans derecesi mezunu (örgün veya açık öğretim) olmak,
- Yurt dışı üniversitelerden mezun olan adaylardan YÖK denklik belgesi mülakat aşamasında istenmektedir.
- Lisans eğitiminde geçirilen süre 6 yıldan fazla olan adayların başvuruları kabul edilmeyecektir. (Yabancı dil hazırlık sınıfı okuyan adaylar için bu süre 7 yıldır.)
- 31.12.2004 tarihinden önce ve 01.01.1995 tarihinden sonra doğmuş olmak,
- Boy uzunluğunun 160 cm’den kısa, 195 cm’den uzun olmamak ve beden-kitle endeksine (20-30 aralığında) uygun olmak,
- Askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış veya eğitim başlangıç tarihi itibari ile en az 2 yıl tecil ettirebilmeyi taahhüt etmek,
- Adli sicil kaydı ve adli sicil arşiv kaydı bulunmamak,
- Daha önce görev aldığı kuruluşlardan disiplinsizlik nedeniyle ayrılmış olmamak,
- Daha önce Türk Hava Yolları ve iştirakleri ile diğer iş yerlerinden fesih, devamsızlık, sağlık veya disiplinsizlik gibi nedenlerle ayrılmamış olmak,
- Mavi kart sahibi veya birden fazla vatandaşlığa sahip adaylar için akıcı ve anlaşılabilir derecede Türkçe konuşabiliyor olmak,
- Daha önce herhangi bir pilot eğitim programına katılım sağlamamış olmak (PPL, CPL, ATPL vb.)
Yabancı Dil (İngilizce) Koşulu
- Başvuru tarihi itibariyle son 2 yıl içinde aşağıda belirtilen İngilizce dil sınavlarının birinden istenen minimum puanı belgelemek
TOEFL (IBT) : 60 (speaking : min.18)
IELTS (Akademik veya Genel) : 6 (speaking : min.6)
PTE (Akademik) : 46 (speaking : min.46)
İlana başvuran ve dil belgesini başvuru aşamasında temin edemeyen adaylara, Türk Hava Yolları tarafından yapılacak online İngilizce testinde başarılı olmaları koşuluyla, İK ve İş Birimi Teknik mülakatı süreci öncesine kadar dil belgesini tamamlamaları için süre tanınacaktır. Adayların; İngilizce testinden başarılı olsalar dahi İK ve İş Birimi Teknik mülakatı öncesi belirtilen dil belgelerinden birini ibraz etmeleri gerekmektedir. TOEFL Home Edition, IELTS Online ve PTE Online sınavları kabul edilmemektedir. (Dil belgelerinin sisteme PDF formatında yüklenmesi gerekmektedir.)
Sağlık Koşulları
Sağlık durumu uçuşa elverişli olmak. (Seçme süreçlerinde başarılı olan adayların, işe başlama aşamasında Sivil Havacılık Genel Müdürlüğü’nce yetkilendirilmiş sağlık kurumlarından kendi imkanları ile sağlık durumlarının uçuşa uygun olduğuna dair rapor almaları ve alınan rapor ile birlikte Türk Hava Yolları işyeri hekimleri tarafından yapılacak olan işe giriş muayenesine girmeleri gerekmektedir. SHGM yetkili kurumdan alınmış olumlu rapor olsa bile, Türk Hava Yolları kendi iç prosedürleri çerçevesinde ek tetkikler isteyerek veya ek sağlık koşullarına bağlı olarak adayın işe başlatılıp başlatılmayacağına karar verme hakkına sahiptir.) Adaylar Türk Hava Yolları işe giriş muayenesi esnasında tıbbi özgeçmişi hakkında (ilaç kullanımı, ameliyat, doğumsal bozukluklar, kas-iskelet sistemi rahatsızlıkları, böbrek taşı, yaralanmalar vb.) doğru beyanda bulunmak zorundadırlar. Adaylar işe başladıktan sonra tıbbi özgeçmişinde beyan etmediği hastalık tanısı tespit edilmesi durumunda uygulanacak idari sürece dair herhangi bir hak talebinde bulunamazlar. Tıbbi özgeçmiş kayıtlarında veri gizliliği olması halinde sağlık süreci değerlendirmesinin uzayabileceğini hatırlatmak isteriz.
Başvuru Şekli ve İzlenecek Yol:
- Yukarıdaki şartları taşıyan adayların, ilana internet üzerinden başvurmaları gerekmektedir. İnternet başvurusu dışında herhangi bir şekilde başvuru kabul edilmeyecektir.
- Adayların e-devlet üzerinden alacakları lisans mezuniyetine dair Transkript (Not dökümü) ile başvuru yapması gerekmektedir.
- E-devlet üzerinden Adli Sicil Arşiv Kaydı belgesi alınırken kurum türü alanı “Resmi” olarak, belgenin neden verileceği alanı ise “Diğer” seçilerek alınması gerekmektedir.
- Hâlihazırda dil belgesi bulunan adaylar Psikometrik test değerlendirmelerine davet edilecektir. Dil belgesi bulunmayan adaylar Türk Hava Yolları tarafından gerçekleştirilecek online İngilizce testine davet edilecektir.
- Tüm süreç sonunda başarılı olan adaylara iş teklifi yapılacak olup işe başlama belgeleri hazırlamaları istenecek ve adayın istenen belgeleri teslim etmesi akabinde işe alım süreci tamamlanacaktır.
Notlar:
- Aşağıda belirtilen değerlendirme süreçleri kapsamında, katıldığı yıl fark etmeksizin, aynı süreçten iki defa olumsuz olan adaylar süreçlere tekrar dahil olamamaktadır. (İngilizce testi hariç)
- Herhangi bir süreçten ilk defa olumsuz olan adayların süreçlere tekrar dahil olabilmeleri için açılacak olan bir sonraki ilana ilan kriterlerini karşılamak koşuluyla tekrar başvuru yapmaları gerekmektedir. Adaylar re-test (bekleme) süresi dolmadan ilana başvuru yapabilmektedir.
- Yetkinlik Değerlendirmesi süreci olumlu olan adaylara İK ve İş Birimi Teknik mülakatı öncesi dil belgelerini temin etmeleri için ortalama 1,5 ay süre verilmektedir.
Take-Off Cadet Değerlendirme Süreçleri:
Online İngilizce Testi (Dil belgesini başvuru aşamasında beyan edemeyen adaylar katılacaktır.)
Aday, ilana başvuru gerçekleştirdiği tarihten itibaren yaklaşık 15 gün sonra teste davet edilir.
Psikometrik Test Değerlendirmeleri
İngilizce testi sürecini başarıyla tamamlayan aday yaklaşık 3 hafta içerisinde Psikometrik testlere planlanır.
Yapılacak olan Psikometrik test içeriği ile ilgili ayrıntılı online bilgilendirme (Take-Off Talks) yapılacak ve çalışma dokümanları ayrıca iletilecektir.
Yetkinlik Değerlendirmesi
Psikometrik test değerlendirmelerini başarıyla tamamlayan aday yaklaşık 2 hafta içerisinde Yetkinlik Değerlendirmesi sürecine planlanır.
İK ve İş Birimi Teknik mülakatı , Evrak Kontrolü ve Boy-Kilo ölçümü
Yetkinlik değerlendirmesini başarıyla tamamlayan aday yaklaşık 2 hafta içerisinde İK ve İş Birimi Teknik mülakatına planlanır.
Sağlık Kontrolü (Uçuşa Elverişlilik)
İşe giriş muayenesi, işe alım sürecinin bir değerlendirme aşamasıdır. Bu aşama Sağlık Müdürlüğü tarafından gerçekleştirilmektedir. İşe alım sürecinin tamamlanabilmesi için işe giriş muayenesinin sonucunun olumlu olması gerekmektedir.
Gerek duyulması halinde değerlendirme aşamalarında değişiklik yapılabilir.
