Istanbul Maltepe'de bulunan Genel Müdürlük Ofisimizde, Bilgi Teknolojileri Departmanımızda görevlendirmek üzere Bilgi Teknolojileri Uzman Yardımcısı arıyoruz.
- Son kullanıcı destek hizmetleri sağlamak ve BT ekibine ve kullanıcılara donanım, yazılım, ağ ve işletim sistemleriyle ilgili destek sağlamak,
- BT ekibine yeni sistem kurulumları, yazılım yüklemeleri, yazılım yapılandırmaları ve genel kontrol operasyonlarında yardımcı olmak,
- İş istasyonlarında, yazıcılarda ve ağ aygıtlarında donanım arızalarını tespit etmek ve çözmek,
- Uzak kullanıcıların günlük sorunları için telefon, e-posta / Uzak Ofisler aracılığıyla destek hizmeti sağlamak,
- BT ekibine yazılımlar, programlar ve ağ sistemleriyle ilgili hataları çözmede destek olmak,
- BT varlık envanterini güncellemek, Yardım Masası faaliyet kayıtlarının, dosyalarının, arşivlerinin ve listelerinin doğruluğunu sağlamak ,
- BT küresel / yerel politikalarına ve süreçlerine uymak ve uyumluluğu sağlamak.,
- İş istasyonu güvenlik sistemlerinin güncel olduğundan emin olmak,
- BT varlıklarının iyi korunduğundan, güvenli ve emniyette olduğundan emin olmak,
- Yönetici tarafından atanan diğer görevleri yerine getirmek,
GENEL NİTELİKLER:
- Bilgisayar Programcılığı, Bilgisayar Mühendisliği vb. bölümlerden lisans mezunu,
- Alanında 1-4 yıl deneyimli,
- İyi derecede İngilizce bilen,
