Leverate is a leading financial services solutions provider with cutting edge trading technology, is looking for a CRM Specialist who is excited about working with the latest technology and who thrive in an environment that supports taking chances and personal growth.
Description:
- Work closely with customers, granting them support over chat/phone. In addition, characterize and implement business logic according to clients’ needs.
- Responsible for managing CRM systems (customizations, configurations, administration of users)
- Troubleshoot and resolve any customer queries or issues to maximize their satisfaction
- Building complex work processes to improve the user experience and system configuration
- Team of 3 team members, work days Monday till Friday 9-6.
Requirements:
- Technical background preferred.
- Excellent English (spoken and written).
- Background in Information systems.
- Experience in working with MS Dynamics CRM.
