We are looking for a Analytics Project Manager who will be accountable of Anaytics projects, developing project plans and providing high quality and cost effective project management, analytic support services and technical expertise for a broad array of issues.

PM will be based in İstanbul with several travel possibilities and be part of the teams led by the KoçDigital Data & Analytics Project Management Office Unit Manager.
PM’s ability to draw insights from a range of sources and synthesize these to set clear directions will be a key asset. PM will have a responsibility to monitor project progress within the schedule and budget and an opportunity to develop a various range of managing skills in an agile, diverse and changing environment.

What you will be doing ?

• In Analytical projects; setting strategic direction of projects and developing project plans which identify key issues, problems, approaches, performance metrics and resources required
• Identify, understand, and work to mitigate issues and risks proactively with the project team, business partners, and leadership
• Plan and execute an effective communication strategy for clients, team members, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track and aligned to our client’s goals
• Lead teams of KD employees, client employees, and third-party employees. Be a mentor to your younger team members.
• Establish team membership and negotiating time commitments & resource allocation
• Work in a hypothesis-driven way with the project teams
• Assure the adherence to project KPIs and schedules
• Cultivating and reinforcing appropriate group values, norms, and behaviors

General Qualifications

• What we expect?
• Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science, industrial engineering, mathematical engineering or relevant fields
• 5+ years related industry \ consultancy experience
• Prior experience in management of at least one analytics project
• Experience in Supply chain, Manifacturing, Finance, White goods sectors is a big plus
• Certification of the following is a plus: PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master
• Excellent client-interaction and internal communication skills: Ability to manage a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, vendors and different project team roles like data scientists, data engineers etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish & English
• Solid organizational skills and multi-tasking skills: Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively is crucial
• Ability to learn, understand, and apply complex technical concepts

Competencies

• Experience in project management
• Basic data analysis and data modelling process experience
• Strong motivation and keen to work enthusiastically with a start-up spirit

Nice-to-have skills

• Good perceiving of the key industry verticals, e.g., automotive, retail, banking, consumer goods, consumer durables, insurance, etc.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis or data modelling
• Experience with R/SAS/SPSS/Python and advanced analytic techniques
