Digital and Information Systems Network and Operations Manager

Job Description

What is the Main Aim of This Position?
To oversee the efficient and reliable operation of Eti’s IT infrastructure and services, with a focus on supporting Eti’s digital transformation initiatives and to deliver exceptional IT services aligned with business objectives while leading the team effectively with his/her T-shaped profile.

What We Expect From You?

• To develop and execute a comprehensive IT operations strategy aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives,
• To build, develop, and lead a high-performing IT operations team capable of supporting digital initiatives,
• To oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud environments, and digital platforms,
• To monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize system efficiency and reliability, particularly for digital services,
• To provide timely and effective resolution to IT incidents and service requests, with a focus on maintaining digital service uptime,
• To assess and mitigate IT risks, including those related to digital assets, and develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans,
• To manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements.
• To develop and manage the IT operations budget, allocating resources for digital initiatives,
• To ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and industry standards, including those related to data privacy and security in the business environment,
• To identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, particularly in digital operations,
• To oversee the delivery and support of IT services, including digital services, ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction,
• To collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for digital transformation and implement the necessary IT infrastructure and processes.

Why You?

• If you have at least 7 years of work experience in IT operations/infrastructure/network management,
• If you are fluent in English, both written and spoken,
• If you have strong technical expertise in network infrastructure, server administration, cloud technologies, and digital platforms,
• If you have a proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced & complex manufacturing global environment,.
• If you have a strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and ITSM best practices,
• If you have experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and digital transformation initiatives,
• If you have experience with SAP BASIS for S4HANA, BW4HANA and HANA DBMS,
• If you have experience with MS SQL DBMS,
• If you have relevant technical certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified, Cisco Certified, and Cloud certifications) you are exactly the one we are searching for.
