Qualifications and Job Description
We are looking for an " Digital Marketing & Social Media Senior Specialist who adopts dynamism as a life style, for our company that has cinema chain throughout Turkey.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields.
- 4-5 years of social media account management experience,
- At least 1-2 years of performance marketing experience,
- Ability to create digital content is a plus,
- Detail oriented, energetic, self-motivated and willing to learn,
- Has a positive and collaborative problem solving attitude,
- Has good verbal and written communication skills in English
Job Description:
- Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research,
- Managing agencies, 3rd party services to ensure execution of marketing activities, daily social media communication, digital or traditional advertisement services, influencer activities etc. within planned time period and planned budget,
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROAS and KPIs),
- Manage Social media and Google Media-buying, ensuring both functions are optimized to achieve high levels of growth with an ROI-focus,
- Proven analytical ability to manage multiple campaigns, analyze results, and recommend changes,
- Manage content roadmap, content creation and user-generated contents,
- Knowledge of web site, mobile app development and SEO,
- Continuously follow new social media tools, best practices and how other organizations and companies are using them and implement the preferred social media solutions for business issues
