Job Description
What is the Main Aim of This Position?
To strategically design, lead and execute with excellence, ETi's marketing digital platform and product tech stack to drive consumer centricity, optimize marketing investments through data and insights, and elevate consumer experiences while working globally across functions with initiatives from start to finish, with the influence and visibility to achieve what needs to be done.
What We Expect From You?
- To cross-functional design develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology products and platforms strategy aligned with Eti’s ambitions and business objectives,
- To assess the current ecosystem and define a prioritised roadmap based on business value and expected ROI,
- To evaluate, design, implement and maintain marketing technology products and platforms,
- To govern & operate the stack for value at scale and securely – the stack includes; Media (AdTech), Measurement (Data & Analytics), Creative Tech, Content Tech – DAM & PIM Consumer Data Platform, CRM, Websites (CMS, Tagging, CDN, Web Analytics…), Social, Loyalty and other relevant platforms,
- To leverage data and analytics, including Google Cloud and BigQuery, Azure, Data Bricks to measure marketing performance and identify trends and develop actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies,
- To foster a data-driven culture within the marketing organization, work with the data and analytics team to ensure robust reporting and dashboards are in place to track key performance indicators (KPIs) leveraging Power BI, Looker,
- To identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements,
- To provide technical guidance and support to marketing teams & train and enable marketing teams to use marketing technology tools effectively,
- To build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization globally, collaborate with Marketing, sales, customer success, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and maximize technology benefits,
- To collaborate with the marketing team to ensure Eti effectively manages the external digital marketing agencies to achieve campaign goals and optimize budgets,
- To collaborate with marketing teams and agencies to develop and implement effective loyalty programs using marketing technology tools,
- To work with procurement and marketing teams to manage relationships with marketing technology vendors and co-lead the negotiation of contracts and ensure optimal service delivery.
Why You?
- If you have at least 7 years of work experience in the implementation and management of technologies related to marketing in FMCG companies,
- If you are fluent in English, both written and spoken,
- If you have a Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, analytics, digital marketing platforms, website technologies (CMS, CDNs, web analytics), Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM), Google Marketing Platform, and Google Cloud.,
- If you have proven ability to hands-on experience in implementing and managing complex marketing technology projects,
- If you have Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Google Cloud and BigQuery and/or other relevant Technologies,
- If you have experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and digital transformation initiatives.
- If you have experience in developing and managing technology related to loyalty programs,
- If you have experience working with direct-to-consumer (DTC) websites and applications, you are exactly the one we are searching for.
