ERP Specialist

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience working with ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Relevant certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) are a plus
• Being able to speak fluent English
• For male candidates, having completed their military service

Job Description

The responsibilities of an ERP Specialist include:

• To support the M3 Integration project, to follow up on the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to the project team together with the department managers within the scope of the project,
• Ensuring that all modules (Finance, production, purchasing, sales) in M3 systems are operational in accordance with company processes and procedures,
• Having very good knowledge of MS SQL, PL SQL,
• To provide technical support and user training on ERP (M3),
• Having a software language at a level that can develop the necessary functions and user-friendly interfaces,
• Analyzing ERP system infrastructure,
   
• To be able to make document management which is integrated into ERP programs,
• Managing the integration/adaptation processes of programs,
   
• To use the ERP system effectively and ensure that the system is up to date,
   
• Making the necessary assignments and meeting the training needs for the system to operate in accordance with the production plan,
   
• Procedures related to ERP processes, etc. ensuring documentation is done,
   
• Ensuring that improvements are made towards the expectations and problems of ERP users,
   
• Participating in the creation and receipt of effective reports in ERP for each process,
   
• Systematic elimination of instant malfunctions,
   
• Ensuring that the works completed on the ERP side are checked and tested,
• To be main contact to ‘Global IT in Norway’ and be a part of ‘Global Digital Community’ in Protan.
