Position Overview
SFA Electric is looking for an IT Specialist to enhance operational efficiency through IT support, process automation, and business optimization, while ensuring compliance with security standards and data protection policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with system administration, user access, and network management.
- Identify and implement automation solutions using Python, VBA, SQL, and Microsoft Access.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and support digital transformation efforts.
- Provide training and support for new IT systems and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in IT support, software development, or process automation.
- Technical skills: Python, VBA, SQL, Power Automate, Microsoft Access, basic knowledge of IT security.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
