We are looking for "Business Analyst Assistant Specialist" with the following qualifications to be a part of the Çelebi Havacılık Holding Software Development Department. 

Qualifications

·       BS, MS, PhD degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent experience,

·       Min 2 years experience in software development projects,

·       Knowledge about software development process and agile project management,

·       Preferably experience with scrum and Kanban,

·       Preferably experience with design techniques with UML,

·       Preferably SQL knowledge, API knowledge,

·       Fluency in English is must,

·       Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills,

·       Eager to learn and adapt new concepts,

·       Ability to work in a team oriented collaborative environment.

·       Proficient in documenting and validating business requirements

·       Familiarity with automated testing tools and methodologies.

Job Description

 ·  Design business processes, carrying out required functional and technical analysis based on business needs and demands

·  Searches for the way to increase productivity with the help of IT by reassessing business processes that affecting various functions.

·   Ensures coordination of business requirements and functional requirements by working closely with development team throughout the software development processes

·   Responsible for user acceptance tests by performing functional tests of the applications.

·  Project management in the projects for which s/he is responsible for.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Analyze customer requirements and ensure the quality of software development processes.

·  Document, validate, and translate customer requests into actionable insights.

·  Design and document business processes by performing functional and technical analysis aligned with business needs and demands.

·  Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure alignment between business requirements and functional deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle.

·  Contribute to integration, functional, and performance testing, including test automation using relevant tools.

·  Write and maintain test cases within automated testing tools to ensure software reliability and performance.

·  Perform functional testing of applications and oversee user acceptance tests to ensure business requirements are met.

·  Reassess and optimize business processes to enhance productivity through IT solutions, impacting multiple functions.

·  Manage assigned projects effectively, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, time, and quality standards.
