As we continue to develop Information Technologies activities, we are delighted to offer a unique opportunity to join our organization as IT Assistant Specialist for its developing operations. Position is located within our İstanbul office in Türkiye:
JOB DEFINITIONS:
- Providing end-user support services and supporting IT team and users related to the hardware, software, network and operating systems / Help Desk Activities,
- Assisting IT team in new system installations, software uploads, software configurations and general control operations / IT Operations,
- Detecting and solving hardware failures in workstations, printers and network devices,
- Providing support service for daily problems of the remote users’ through telephone, e-mail / Remote Offices,
- Supporting IT team in solving errors related to softwares, programs and network systems / Repair-Maintenance,
- Updating IT asset inventory, ensuring the accuracy of Help-Desk activity records, files, archives and lists / Documentation,
- Adhering to IT global / local policies and processes and ensuring compliance / Documentation,
- To ensure workstation security systems are up to date,
- To ensure IT assets are well protected, safe and secure,
- Performing other duties assigned by the first-line Manager,
- Fulfilling other duties related to his position assigned by his first-line Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree,
- Minimum 1 year relevant experiences,
- Knowledgeable in IT tools (Service Desk, Asset Manager etc.), TCP/IP, AD, DHCP, DNS and Help-Desk processes,
- Intermediate level Excel expertise,
- Pre-Intermediate command of English.
