Qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics,
• At least 3 years of experience as a project manager in ERP projects (preferably SAP),
• Experience in 1C transformations (preferably in Kazakhstan and/or Uzbekistan),
• Proficient in 1C architecture and products,
• Expertise or consulting experience in at least one of the FI, SD or MM modules,
• Proficient in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies,
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experienced with MS Project and Jira,
• Willing to travel abroad for 2-3 weeks each month,
• Fluent in Russian and English.

Job Description 

• Involved in the Nobel Pharmaceuticals Digital Transformation project, specifically in 1C transformation projects at our factories in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan,
• Plan and execute projects to ensure they are completed with the desired content, quality, on time, and within budget,
• Prepare project status reports, identify risks, and proactively develop solutions,
• Create an environment for internal resources to work harmoniously and effectively with the consulting firm, providing necessary planning and guidance,
• Organize training for the entire project team as needed,
• Conduct project initiation, closure, and support activities,
• Ensure GAMP 5 compliant documentation is created in accordance with project methodology and standards.
