We are looking for Product Specialist/Senior Specialist to join Product team.

Responsibilities:

· Acting as a product specialist (or senior) in Investment products

· Collaborating with relevant multi-cultural business lines in ongoing projects

· Creating analysis documents for identified requirements

· Collect and analyse user feedback to inform product improvements

· Conducting functional tests to ensure alignment with requirements

· Providing support for user tests

· Experience of defining product vision and strategy

· Conduct market and competitive analysis.

· Investigating and resolving issues in deployed applications

· Participating in requirement determination for software projects

· Assisting in project planning

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field departments

· 2+ years of experience in Product management within the Finance or Information Technology sectors

· Expertise in Investment products and workflows

· Experience in the analysis and testing phases

· Ability to adapt quickly to new working methods

· Capability to align with fast-changing priorities

· Regular reporting habits and a focus on documentation

· Highly motivated, able to work under stress

· Solution-focused mindset and strong teamwork skills

· Experienced in Agile Development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.)

· Very good knowledge of English is must (written and spoken).

· Genuine enthusiasm about investment and trading is a plus.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Familiarity with MS Office applications (especially Excel).

· Strong problem solving ability and prioritization approach to evaluate product trade-off and risks
