Creating & Developing Insight for the Company to help decision making process.

Duties
- Estimating annual fundamental metrics values based on company strategy, previous actuals, and stakeholder input. Tracking these KPIs and developing and sharing insights with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
- Identifying major strategic problems and opportunities in partnership with stakeholders, with data/analytics support by turning important business concepts into clear advanced analytics use-cases solutions. Serving as an internal consultant in converting business questions into insights.
- Creating a hypothesis, collecting data to support or refute the theory, and offering methods to assist in shifting a metric. Determining business prospects using a combination of internal and external data sources.
- Improving existing BI and reporting tools and solutions to support more advanced analytics and predictions, assisting with corporate decision-making, and promoting best practices throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Graduated from Industial Enginering, Business Administration or related field.
- 8+ experience in the Analytics/Data Field.
- Fluency in English.
- Programming proficiency in T-SQL or Python.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Experience using BI tools: Tableau is a plus.
- Experience with analytical datasets used to assist complicated decision-making processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to influence and engage with multi-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to operate and deliver clearly in an ambiguous and complex environment.
- Experience designing tracking for sales and marketing data.
- Ability to evaluate data quality.
- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical hypothesis testing.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Preferably previous team management experience.
