What We’re Looking For
We are looking for experienced professionals who have a proven track record of designing and developing large-scale enterprise products. As one of the lead software engineers of the Software Architecture Group, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing efforts to transform financial products in a microservices architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related fields,
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on .NET development,
- Knowledge of C#, SQL is required,
- Knowledge of object-oriented software design patterns and computer science fundamentals,
- Web application development using modern frameworks preferably with react,
- Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform,
- Experience with microservices architecture, containerization and container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes,
- Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka,
- Open and direct communication skills,
- Tight collaboration with all the teams in the company,
- Strong sense of ownership and engagement at work,
- Experience in financial industry is a plus
What You’ll Do
- You will participate in a different product team for a limited period (at least a few months) to help their microservices transformation and technically lead the team.
- You will collaborate with the team to understand business and technical requirements and deliver high-quality software products.
- You will create technical tasks for team members, perform code reviews and ensure software quality and maintainability.
- You will use software development best practices and processes to coach and mentor junior engineers to become proficient developers.
