System Network Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Graduate from a relevant university department,
• At least 3 years' experience in the field of information technology,
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience of working in a global environment,
• Strong communication and analytical skills,
• Self-disciplined, result-oriented team player with planning and organisational skills,
• Advanced computer skills, MS Office programs,
• Business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Living or willing to live in the Asian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Providing management, performance monitoring and maintenance support to servers, network infrastructure, virtualization systems, domain infrastructure, databases, storage - backup systems, and other important IT elements used within the company,
• Developing projects where end-user support can be done remotely and automated,
• Coordinating the design and provision of the necessary server infrastructures for software projects,
• Maintaining communication and coordination with global teams in IT infrastructure projects and provision of IT services,
• To recommend and implement the necessary monitoring and improvement activities to ensure end-to-end information security (end-user, server, network, WAN, etc.) in the company, to carry out these improvements in preparation for possible IT audits and subsequent remedial activities,
• Participating in relevant projects on behalf of Baymak in global IT transformation projects and providing coordination support and technical support.
