What you’ll be doing…

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to minimize project delays.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure team cohesion and high performance.
• Manage 3rd party contractors and report to internal stakeholders on progress.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and optimize project outcomes.
• Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and performance, tracking key metrics and milestones to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and issues, and recommending appropriate actions to address challenges and deviations from plan.

You’ll need to have…

• 4+ years of experience working as a technical or software project manager in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading SCRUM sessions in an agile development environment.
• A strong understanding of the core principles of risk analysis.
• Experience managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making effectively.
• Experience working with and managing 3rd party contractors.
• Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.
• Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders in global settings.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• An interest in media and how it interfaces with technology.
• Eligibility to live and work in Turkey.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
