Our company is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Technical Product Owner, reporting to the IT Director, to manage the product development phase. 

Responsabilities :

• Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of IT projects. 
   
• Owning the projects/tasks from idea to production, and performing the team management.
   
• Develop product vision, strategy and roadmaps for multiple products, in support of business goals and objectives. 
   
• Communicate with other teams to understand the market and customer needs, competitive products.
   
• Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities. Provide analysis of tasks required for development, and actively participate in development reviews.   
   
• Conduct data analysis and generate actionable insights and make recommendations for improving products. 
   
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, to understand and coordinate product strategy, release timelines, and product quality
   
• Coordinate new and existing projects' analyzing requirements, following end-to-end process in projects, developing action plans, planning their implementation and ensuring stakeholders' adherence and compliance with deadlines
   
• Produce documentation including project scopes, business flow diagrams, business process definitions, meeting notes, release notes (at the end of each sprint) as an ongoing activity
   
• Develop detailed specifications for the product features, so they are clearly understood by the stakeholders
   
• Provide technical guidance for the implementation of product features
   
• Continuously deliver progress reports, proposals, presentations, and required documentations
   
• Ensure that quality is built-in at all stages of the value stream from design, through development, to testing and delivery
   
• Set the business KPIs as well as product KPIs, track and report them to all stakeholders

Skills Required :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering ( Master or Phd degree is a plus ) 
   
• Proven experience of product or business analysis position; such as product management; product owner; Agile Project Management, business analysis; project management
   
• Proven experience in designing and executing R&D projects in accordance with legal institutions
• Experience in API terminologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, API Keys, JWT Tokens, API Catalogues, Postman or alternatives, API testing etc.)
   
• Have an experience of driving product development through all phases of the product lifecycle
   
• Providing advanced workflow and project management expertise in the development and maintenance of information systems
   
• Knowledge of various computer applications including Microsoft Office(Power Point, Excel, Project, etc.) and SQL
   
• Took part in new technology, process and digital transformation projects
   
• Helps validate delivery schedule and plans; guides the software release process
   
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
   
• Experience in managing large scale and high volume data processing projects.
   
• Experience building presentations materials and comfortable presenting to stakeholders
   
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, time management and problem solving skills
   
• Strong communication and coordination skills to manage business with staff and stakeholders at various levels
   
• Strong critical thinking skills, problem solving and organizational experienceStrong written and oral communication skills
