Your daily work

• You’ll actively accompany our customers on their agile transformation journey, thereby gaining a comprehensive insight.
• In co-creation workshops, you’ll become familiar with change management and training strategies, agile methods and approaches, stakeholder management, cross-functional communication, and much more.
• After that, you’ll be ready to successfully collaborate with the client: For example, you’ll know how to use agile methods to enable high performing teams, how to continuously improve a team’s ways of working, or how to elicit and document software requirements in an agile manner.

Qualifications
Who you are

• You hold a university degree in informatics, computer science, software engineering, business administration, business informatics, economics, or a similar field.
• You bring initial experience with software development and agile approaches, methods, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe).
• You are fluent in English and German.
• You have a friendly personality, enjoy working in an international project team, and are ready to occasionally travel for business.
