DevOps Engineer

The engineer will be directly responsible for design development, testing, maintenance, and documentation of high-quality software components.We are seeking a skilled and experienced "DevOps Engineer" to join our dynamic team.

Tasks

• Manage and optimize our Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability.
• Build and maintain Docker containers to streamline our deployment processes.
• Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift and facilitate seamless application scaling.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate software releases.
• Administer and fine-tune databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Set up and maintain Elasticsearch and Kibana for log and data analysis.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions using Grafana and Prometheus.
• Utilize your Linux expertise to maintain system infrastructure.
• Create and maintain Bash scripts for various automation tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve system and application issues efficiently.
• Manage application deployments using Helm.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration with GitLab.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Docker and container orchestration platforms like OpenShift.
• Strong experience in setting up and maintaining Jenkins pipelines.
• Familiarity with at least one of the following databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch and Kibana for log analysis.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• In-depth Linux system administration skills.
• Proficiency in Bash scripting for automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications.
• Experience using GitLab for version control and CI/CD.
