About the Position

We are looking for a team member who will manage digital advertising operations through Google Ad Manager (GAM), analyze data to develop strategies, and optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end digital advertising operations on the Mackolik Ad Manager platform, including ad placements, monitoring, and daily performance analysis.
• Optimize advertising campaigns by analyzing performance data from various sources and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Ensure timely and seamless ad delivery while maintaining Mackolik’s high-quality user experience.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising operations, ad management (ad trafficking), or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in Google Ad Manager is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to analyze large datasets and interpret complex tables.
• Experience in campaign performance analysis, reporting, and optimization techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with teams.
