What we expect ?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electronics,Engineering or related fields,
• Min 5 years of experience related field,
• Experience in TCP/IP, MPLS Technologies,
• Experience in IP Core Network Architectures,
• Knowledge of Traffic Engineering, QoS, Multicast Technologies,
• Knowledge of Internet Architecture and BGP protocol,
• Preferably experience about Netlow Analyser and Network Planning tools,
• Preferably experience in ISP/Operator IP Core Networks,
• Team player and ability to work with deadlines; no military obligation for male candidates,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to drive clear engagements with channel and cross-functional teams,
• Demonstrated ability in leading business/technical or design specifications/documentation,
• Very strong attention to detail with the ability to resolve very complex data challenges,
• Advanced analysis skills to review business data, prepare detailed reports, projections,
• Fluency in English,
• Being analytical and proactive,
• Being both process and result-orient.

What Does the IP Network Master Expert Role Do at Turkcell?

• Plan, research, test,evaluate IP Core Network Technologies equipments,
• Designs and plans MPLS based IP Core Network architecture,
• Prepares technicall HLD and LLD’s of IP Core Network,
• Plans capacity and investments of IP Core Network domain,
• Test and integrates IP/MPLS routers of different types of vendors,
• Plans and reports rollout on yearly and quarterly bases,
• Plans and process FNI and POC phases of the MPLS products,
• Works closely with operation teams in order to operate IP Core MPLS network,
• Creates and manages IP/MPLS product test and integration reports,
• The ideal candidate is highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, adapt at managing expectations, and able to set and adjust priorities as needed while working,
• Ability to present, organize, and convey problems and solutions taking into account the business needs,
• Work to help solve challenging issues.
