IT Supervisor

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology-related majors.

More than7 years of relevant experience in the field.

Experience in manufacturing factory operation and management, familiar with network equipment, network classification, host, desktop operation and maintenance, terminal management, office software and hardware maintenance, low power, telephone, and other related experience, skilled in medium and large network switch, router, firewall configuration.

Good communication skills, ability to use English as a working language.

Huawei or Cisco Network Engineer certificate is preferred.

Job Description

To participate in the implementation of the overall network infrastructure and architecture of the production site.

Carry out company IT-related operation specifications, internal control system, and operation manual.

Responsible for the IT-related services relating to routine offices in the factory, to ensure network stability, normal operation of office equipment, media system assurance for conference and meeting rooms, etc., and to be able to apply networking to switches, routers, and firewalls.

Assist in managing the overall information security of the factory and assist in handling identified information security incidents.

Supporting business departments to coordinate with the information system operation and maintenance team and solving the problems arising from the information system of the business departments.

Information system construction projects, as IT to complete the information technology implementation.

Responsibility for other work matters as assigned by the management.

Cooperate with IT-related GXP validation work.
