What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead DevOps Engineer who will join our team at Information Technology Directorate in Beko.

• Coordinating DevOps tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations of software development pipelines and cloud/on-prem infrastructure
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-based infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Developing, maintaining, and optimizing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of code to production
• Implementing best practices for code quality assurance
• Working closely with software engineering, product, and operations teams to streamline development workflows and resolve bottlenecks
• Acting as a bridge between development and operations, fostering a DevOps culture across the organization
• Communicating progress, challenges, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.

How do we describe a perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Proven experience in DevOps teams and managing large-scale cloud infrastructure
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.)
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
• Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, load balancers, DNS, and other infrastructure components
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.)
• Familiarity with security best practices and tools (e.g., OWASP, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
